Our current days and hours of operation are Tuesday thru Saturday from 11am to 7pm and you're more than welcome to place your order in advance!

Please allow me to introduce myself to you. My name is Clarence Pierson a native of Houston, Tx. Married Bar-B-que. My "Passion". I got involved in the bar-b-que business in the 1970's , I was working as a machinist at Cameron Iron works. I worked the graveyard shift 10:30p.m-6:30a.m.  Some Mornings on the way home I would see this Guy at this little Bar-b-que joint with all this smoke coming out of the chimney early in the morning. After a few weeks of passing by I decieded to stop and investigate. I met this guy by name of Joseph Bourda from New Iberin, LA after a period of time we became business partners .
